Our Arrive-Alive Guarantee

We guarantee that your specimen will arrive alive and healthy at specified time of delivery. If order is not picked up at specified time, all guarantees are voided. In the event of a "Dead on Arrival" the customer must contact us immediately by phone to arrange for a return.
